Jedi Survivor Crashes on Jedha

Jedi Survivor always crashes as the exact same point on Jedha: escaping the giant spider-droid. It crashes for everyone in my family at this exact same point. I have tried uninstalling & reinstalling, returning the game disk for a new one. Nothing works. I had disabled all the advanced visuals. I am running an Xbox One. OS version 10.0.26100.3362 Shell Version: 2502.0.2502.12003
