Jedi Survivor crashing on Kobah (PS5)

Jedi Survivor on PS5 running great on Kobah until Forest Array part reached. Then it is unplayable. Multiple crashes.

Try booting in Safe Mode and then choose Option 5, Rebuild Database:

@EA_Barry Did not work for me, nor did clearing the cache. Save game appears corrupted won't load without a boot to ps menu

Starting in safe mode and rebuilding database didn’t work. Neither did reinstalling the game.
