Jedi Survivor Deluxe Upgrade cosmetics missing

I know there are threads about similar issues but the most comprehensive one I could find was about the pre-order/deluxe edition stuff disappearing and most of the solutions were to do with third-party sellers, while my issue is that the bonus content never showed up and I'm using the official EA app. 

I bought the deluxe upgrade for Jedi Survivor through the EA app but the cosmetics never showed up in-game. The upgrade shows up in Manage Add-ons, and my Order History shows that the purchase was completed. I have tried fully shutting down and restarting my computer, restarting the EA app, and running the repair option, but none of them work. I'm reinstalling the game after uninstalling it, but that's gonna take a long time to complete and I have my doubts that it'll work. Is there any other possible fix?

  • @Callibrien Finished the reinstall and the cosmetics are still missing. At this point I've tried just about every suggested method and am considering just asking for a refund.
  • It is a NG+ run, not my first playthrough. I did purchase the upgrade after I had started the new save file.

  • I've tried starting a new NG+ run after buying the cosmetic but it still does not show up.

  • @EA_Illium idk if you saw my other replies but it was an NG+ run. Tried repairing again and the lightsaber and blaster options finally showed up, but now the clothing cosmetics for both Rebel Hero and Hermit are missing. I've run the repair option multiple times since then but nothing has changed.
