Hi @Callibrien, Is this on your first playthrough or a NG+ run?

It is a NG+ run, not my first playthrough. I did purchase the upgrade after I had started the new save file.

I've tried starting a new NG+ run after buying the cosmetic but it still does not show up.

@EA_Illium idk if you saw my other replies but it was an NG+ run. Tried repairing again and the lightsaber and blaster options finally showed up, but now the clothing cosmetics for both Rebel Hero and Hermit are missing. I've run the repair option multiple times since then but nothing has changed.
