Jedi Survivor DualSense Controller Issue

I've played this game for dang near 600 hours with my DualSense controller connected via USB and the vibration functions have never had an issue. I faced a few crashes two days ago (not unusual for the game, obviously) and afterward, my vibration function is almost non-existent. I am able to feel a bit of vibration with R2 and L2, and almost normal vibration with the R2+L2 combo, but all other vibration is gone.

My controller vibration function and hepatic feedback work with other games; it's just Jedi Survivor I'm having issues with.

I've tried every solution I've found on forums, including checking the sound device activation on Windows, restarting my computer, ensuring the controller firmware is updated, changing the USB cord, recovering the EA app and repairing the game, and even uninstalling and reinstalling it, and nothing is helping this issue.

The controller is not the problem, it seems: it's the game.

Any solutions?
