Jedi Survivor falling through floor at Observatory

I am at the point where I am on the top of the Koboh Observatory, going to confront Dagan. Whenever I reach the top of the Observatory itself, the textures stop loading in. I attempt to grapple up to the meditation point and I clip through the map. I have restarted the game multiple times, and I have uninstalled/reinstalled. I feel like I will have to start a new game if I cannot find a fix for this, and it is deeply frustrating that I cannot advance.
