Jedi Survivor hermit lightsaber

I purchased Jedi Survivor with the hermit cosmetic and the hermit lightsaber and the combustion blaster set through EA play discount and downloaded it through PlayStation now I'm getting the runaround from PlayStation and EA telling me that I need to call each other if anyone has any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you
