Jedi Survivor NG+ Unfixed glitch!!!

For several months I've never gone back to this game.

For several months, I was NEVER able to get the last pucks.

This is a NG+ file I created, so that I could collect everything I may have missed.

I AM NOT DOING another file just for 2 pucks.

I refuse, simply because I spent enough time on the first file.

Why should I do another file because of this glitch?
