Jedi Survivor not in library after failed download

I bought the Jedi Survivor from Amazon (sold by Amazon) as a sealed hardcover DVD box with a redeem code. The code was accepted but the download stopped before it was finished. Now the game is not vi...

I have the same issue, although the game was purchased from CDKeys, This is my first EA game and I am sorry to say it hasn't been the faultless experience I have come to expect from Steam or Ubisoft.
