Jedi Survivor Pc Steam general problems with EA App

Summarize your bug EA App error loading my game with Jedi Survivor Pc Steam NO AUTHORIZATION
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Its the linking of the steam and ea app maybe
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't load the game, launch it, start it, nothing.
What do you expect to see? Fixing and patches really soon. Like really soon. Thanks

Hi, just bought Jedi Survivor on Steam, downloaded it all and installed even the EA app. Now when setting EA app i was asked to create a new account (didn't had one yet) and i used the same email as steam (where i bought and own the game) Now after creating my EA account it asked me to link it to my Steam account, and...I DID! After various attempts of loading the game but only reach till menu load then crashed always, it didn't load anymore from the EA app, sayng :

"This game requires administrative provileges. Do you want to grant acces and launch the game?"

at this point i click "Ok" and it shows another error sayng:

"An error on our end caused your launch to fail. Try again a little later"

I tryed reinstalling all, re logging in and after attempts it says a new thing once in a while;

"This title may have been downloaded to your device by another user who owns the game. Log in into a different account or restart the app or try again"

W...T...F....

I literally bought the game.

  • I already had an EA account.  I successfully logged in to it as I started the game.  But the game will not run at all.  It goes through the long and boring animations, which I've had to sit through 5 or 6 times now, and then crashes, bringing up the EA screen to send an error report or not.  I usually don't send those, but I finally did on the last couple of failures.  I tried rebooting, no improvement.  

    The crash is before I even see the initial menu.  I'm now 6 for 6 getting this error.

    @4873fc9710d1cadf Update. I installed the latest drivers and it worked fine. I had to go directly to the site of the manufacturer of my graphics card because Windows said my drivers were up to date.
