Jedi survivor scan

I have defeated Meyen Corr 5 times now and can't get the prompt to scan. I tried changing the difficulty to see if that would help but nope

I have this same issue with the basic shield trooper. Preventing my tactical guide completion and blocking the platinum trophy of the PS5. 

@vluick and @isis0524  (and @458d7045f41aa9e8 if you're still stuck), there are only eight Haxion Brood enemy types, and all but the last one you'll get are repeatable types, not unique.  So please make sure you haven't already scanned this type of enemy.  If you haven't and still can't, just keep playing and try again the next time you run into the same type.  I believe one of the last missions has all or most types, so you should be fine.

@puzzlezaddict mine isn't the same enemy, it's the shield trooper as noted in my post.

Nothing has fixed this, I've even completed a new game+ since I commented and still can't get the scan. 

@isis0524  Sorry, I thought you meant the basic Haxion Brood commando with the shield.  At any rate, you're saying that you can't scan any new Empire shield troopers Call kills, and there's also no corresponding entry in the tactical guide?  That's odd and not a commonly-reported issue, but hopefully the devs will see your report along with the others here and look into it.

@puzzlezaddict yes, that's what I'm saying. My empire is stuck on 95% with no shield trooper entry and I cannot scan any now in my first playthrough or NG+ (and I know i scanned one in my original playthrough) And looking on these forums, reddit and others, it looks more common than you'd think with random enemies for people. It's a massive failure on EA because I can't "finish" the game and have no desire to continue playing it because of this bug. My fault for continuing to buy their games, I guess. At least I can warn my completionists friends off from buying this game.
