JEDI SURVIVOR SOMGING RUINS BUG. GAME ENDING. CANNOT PROCEED

Hey folks, thank you for bearing with us. This is still under investigation and I currently don't have anything additional to share. 

Once I have an update for you I will update this thread so that you all know the most up to date information.

Nah just looked at how often patches come for jedi survivor i guess will be fixed in april

@Renatozigao  i can assure you that is a legit EA move to "fix" a bug

The level od support is pathetic last time i bought a game from EA

Why is this taking so long? This issues has been happening for months now. We demand answers. I have already filed complaints with the BBB and federal trade commission 

Happened to me yesterday night. Ugh. As many said i won’t start again. #fixthedoor please!

I am experiencing the same issue on my PS5 and it happened last day at night. I believe this is the trigger:

1. Obtain Air dash Ability the first time.

2. After obtaining, go through the main route and reach the circle where lightning is striking.

3. Don’t save the game and close the game after reaching this circle.

4. Restart the game and Continue the Journey.

Afterwards, you will see that the door which was previously opened from the other side is closed and player cannot use force ability to push or pull out of this door.

please, fix this I love this game😭😭
