Starting up the game into the main menu the i click continue and then i just get stuck on a loading screen.

Can I get a refund from EA since there are no fixes and I can’t even play?
I can’t get a refund from the place I brought it, because I brought it from the Launch date. I have been trying since May to play this game it is still broken.
how do I get a refund?!
Should have figured no one would reply. I essentially have a very poor £60 paperweight. Thanks EA.

You can contact the retailer the game was purchased from to see if you qualify for a refund. If you bought the PC version through the EA App, open a case with an advisor here.
But I don’t qualify. That is why I am asking EA to refund it for me.
I waited since launch to see if EA would fix the bugs that are effecting me and my experience with the game. It has been way over the return period.
Will EA refund me? You have seen the videos that show that my game does not work.

We can't issue the refund because the purchase did not go through our system. There is no record of it so we can't refund it.
