Jedi Survivor Unbound Key for Slow Enemy

Summarize your bug I cannot bind the Slow Enemies key to progress in the game. I have tried many keys and random binds but nothing works
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Idk
What happens when the bug occurs? Progress is stopped, nothing will let me try and rebind keys during gameplay, I have to restart the game and bind in the menu before Continuing my progress.
What do you expect to see? The ability to bind keys during frozen times or turn off the tutorial.
