Jedi Survivor won't download
I have this game through Xbox game pass and it was already installed but I started getting error message of not having access. Already tried all usual solution clearing cache, reinstalling the EA APP, etc. None of those worked so in the end I decide to reinstall the game, but now I can’t download it keep getting download error. It won’t start it just get stuck in preparing until it just says error.
To any community manger that might read this please don’t give me the usual clear the cache, connection, close running program, etc. I already tried all of that.

Can we try going through the following first?
- Run the EA app as Admin
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.
If this continues please let us know the following...
- EA ID (Gamertag):
- Are you getting an error message?
- Do you own a copy of Survivor or access it via EA Play?
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number
