Jedi survivor xbox one deluxe upgrade

I bought the star wars jedi survivor for xbox one and also the deluxe upgrade but i can't see anything from the deluxe upgrade in game. The upgrade doesn't tell if the upgrade work or not for the xbox one version

Thanks for letting us know what you are running into with Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on Xbox One.

I've gotten further clarification and to confirm the Deluxe items are only available for Xbox Series X|S and PS5. For more information check out our FAQ here.

Can standard edition owners upgrade to the deluxe edition?

Players who purchase the Standard Edition on disc or digital for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC can digitally upgrade to the Deluxe Edition on the same platform at any time.

Deluxe Edition is not available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Players who purchase the Standard Edition on disc or digital for PlayStation 4 will need to digitally upgrade to the PlayStation 5 Standard Edition before they can digitally upgrade to the PlayStation 5 Deluxe Edition. The digital upgrade for the PlayStation 4 to the PlayStation 5 Standard Edition will be available on September 17, 2024. Players who purchase the digital Standard Edition for Xbox One will need to digitally upgrade to the Xbox Series X|S Standard Edition on the same platform before they can digitally upgrade to the Xbox Series X|S Deluxe Edition. The digital upgrade for the digital Standard Edition of Xbox One to the Xbox Series X Standard Edition will be available starting on October 1, 2024 at 12am UTC. There is no Deluxe Edition upgrade path available for owners of the Xbox One disc version.

If you did pre-order a copy of Jedi Survivor you should be able to see the cosmetic items in-game. If you do not let us know.

Can you clarify about the pre-order Jedi Survivor items Xbox One version? Does the pre-order items only apply if I also buy Xbox X version? I don't own either the Xbox X version of the game or Xbox S/X generation console.

So what your saying is for players on Xbox one consoles need to own both versions of the game (Xbox one and Xbox one series x/s) plus the deluxe upgrade which we can then use. It’s a rip of that older gen console player need to have both console versions of the game yet on the Xbox store it says that the upgrade works with Xbox one console as well as the series x/s consoles too. That means a lot of us now have to waste money or have wasted money just to get the upgrades… it’s a joke….

also you state that older gen consoles can’t upgrade yet there is a purchasable upgrade in the stores for older gens, can we still not use it or do I need to refund it?

So then why is there a deluxe pack to buy on regular xbox and one for x/s if the regular one isnt usable it's on sale too so I just bought a useless pack sounds about right from this company

I did the exact same thing, I contacted Xbox to refund it and told them it’s basically a scam as we have to buy the newer gen game as well as the upgrade. Just gotta wait for Microsoft to refund me the money now
