Kobah matter not able to remove when it worked earlier.

What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot clear or remove Kobah matter using BD's sprayer. I could earlier this morning, but now I see the spray and the graphics of it removing, but the resulting Kobah matter is the same. This is in the room where you get the sprayer installed. I can't leave the room this time.
What do you expect to see? Last time, before a crash while using the sprayer, I was able to spray the wall and get out of the room.

I had a crash running the game this morning from early.  This crash occurred while using BD's sprayer in that initial region where you pick it up (second platform where you have to move the large box to hold the door open).

After crashing, I found an update available and I updated to it.

After loading latest update, I cannot clear or remove Kobah matter using BD's sprayer. I see the spray and the graphics of the spray landing, but not on the Kobah but on the wall behind.  THen I see it removing, but the resulting Kobah matter is the unchanged. This is in the room where you get the sprayer installed. I can't leave the room this time.
