Lighting and textures issues with Ray Tracing OFF after the 3.5 update
Hello everyone, I'm having the same issues as shown below:

The videos are not mine but we have identical specs. In sum, it seems that the lighting and textures got exponentially worse (or broken) with Ray Tracing disabled after the patch. Also popping textures and objects in the distance, especially trees.
The game looked gorgeous before the update, and ran well enough for me @ 4K Epic Settings, Ray Tracing OFF, and FSR Quality Mode. I had constant 55~60FPS with occasional drops. Not perfect, buy playable. I've tried deleting the shader cache folder, verifying the installation on Steam, but the problem persists.
My specs: 7950X, RX 6800 XT (23.4.3 latest driver), Windows 11 Pro 22H2
