lost all skill points, stims and ascension cable

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:Steam-PC
Summarize your bug firstly my game crashed creating a corrupted save, meaning i had to start over again - afterwards when i got to the crafting table (for the second time) i didn't see my hermit customization options anymore - went to save on the second planet and reboot the game, maybe that would fix the pre-order bonus - have the hermit outfit again, but lost all skill points, have no ascension cable anymore, previously made lightsaber (again) gone....
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? meditate on the first available spot on the planet after coruscant -> reboot game
What happens when the bug occurs? lost all skill points, stims, ascension cable.
What do you expect to see? my skill points, extra stim and ascension cable pretty please.

    Summarize your bug Died and upon respawn lost my ascension cable. Now I cannot progress within the game as i need the cable to get into the next area.

    @onewideboy I'm having this exact same issue where Merrin is creating a grapple point and my ascension cable is gone. Must've happened on the previous meditate location. Please fix this. I don't want to start for a third time only for another issue to appear later down the line.

    @onewideboy this happened to me as well, the game crashed in coruscant on my first playthrough and corrupted the save file, on my second playthrough i died in coruscant and lost all of my skill points, customization, and ascension cable, i couldn't progress past a point where i needed the cable. i'm just going to wait for a patch before i start my third attempt at playing this game.

    @onewideboy same here... really annoying, especially with all the pre-order bonus being gone just because the game is unstable and fries save games

    My original Campaign of about 27hours randomly became corrupted when I logged in today. After discovering there was no fix, I reluctantly started a new Campaign and was speed running through on Story Mode difficulty to get back to where I was. I got stuck on Options screen during my playthrough when I just unlocked riding the raptor like animal. When I reloaded the game after closing it correctly by only being able to use {tab} button to navigate, All of my abilities like Grappling, Riding animals, was gone. I tried everything to fix it and nothing has worked. It loads me back into where I was heading back to my fixed ship but I have no abilities to even progress the next area. I really wanted to just finish the game, but after the second round of deleting all my progress I am just so done with wasting anymore time. I had over 30 hours of unlocking everything I could along my way through the story just deleted for no apparent reason. Cant even contact technical support it just sends me here to talk to community about the issue? I requested a refund, probably wont get it. But I know one thing for sure, if they don't either have a fix for this (preferably my original 26 hour campaign) or give me a refund. Then I am never buying an EA product again, especially respawn entertainment.

    exactly the same thing happened to me, glitched save after 30 freaking hours.. at rayvis fight. 
    Restart the game 2 hours in, all stims stats and ascencion cable dissappears.

    Restart again, 1 hour in , happens again. I'm giving up and asking for a refund, I'm loving this game so much but its unplayable....

    Summarize your bug Cannot start a new game after save corruption, even after may 9ths patch. After you exit the game and reload, all your items, stats and ascencion cable is gone, so i cannot progress any further.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a new journey after having a corrupted save, three times already.
    What happens when the bug occurs? Loose all inventroy
    What do you expect to see? My save corrupted file fixed or for the inventory to stop dissappearing.

    It's the third time ive restarted the game, first time i lost 30 hours and 65% progress. Its unbelievably frustrating...
