Yes my ps5 pro apologies for not clarifying.
Ive completely restarted my console and deleted the game completely and reinstalled.
I’ve checked multiple times if it’s up to date and it says it is
Can you get a video of what is happening? Please put it somewhere it can be streamed. Thanks!

I am having the same exact issue as RaehnEternal. Am I going to have to uninstall and reinstall - will I lose everything?

Your progress should be saved in the cloud. I'm not going to guarantee there's no chance of data loss though. Personally, I play on Xbox between 2 different consoles and have never had a problem with progress being synced on both.
I don't know that deleting/reinstalling will fix this. What I need is a video of what is happening so we can continuing diagnosing this.

Ok, great! An uninstall/reinstall fixed it, but I would not have known that if I didn't come here. I uploaded it to my PS5 profile and youtube. I can't insert the video here, but I can provide info on how to find it.
Youtube: dmd1044, video titled "Luckreback Laser Wall Glitch JediSurvivor," it's 25 secs. Please let me know when you've found this, since I can't post here, I don't know where else to put it.
