I am having the same exact issue as RaehnEternal. Am I going to have to uninstall and reinstall - will I lose everything?
Community ManagerYour progress should be saved in the cloud. I'm not going to guarantee there's no chance of data loss though. Personally, I play on Xbox between 2 different consoles and have never had a problem with progress being synced on both.
I don't know that deleting/reinstalling will fix this. What I need is a video of what is happening so we can continuing diagnosing this.
Ok, great! An uninstall/reinstall fixed it, but I would not have known that if I didn't come here. I uploaded it to my PS5 profile and youtube. I can't insert the video here, but I can provide info on how to find it.
