Im having the sane issue earlier in this sequence, right after he fly's off theres 2 gates to dash through and the skill I’ve been using all mission no longer works, even on earlier green gates now that I’ve already gone through if I backtrack.
This is EXTREMELY frustrating, I sat down to finish this game after a long hiatus and now its broken and I’ll probably never finish the game since there’s only 1 save file on console.

An uninstall/reinstall fixed mine, but there's another glitch later on in Koboh. I posted about it, but have yet to hear back. I didn't lose any info on the reinstall, you shouldn't either, but if you need to feel safer, you can get a fairly cheap USB to save separately from the console.
