There are multiple sections of the report that may be useful. The only thing I've considered removing in the past is the computer name, as that seems to be the only sensitive piece of information.
I have a top of the line Alienware gaming laptop, with rtx 3080, this clearly looks like a case of missing content. I have all other games running in ultra settings smoothly.

DXDIAG suggests you should try disabling your CPU graphics (in BIOS).
Also, there are multiple issues unrelated to the game in the Diagnostics section. I suggest getting those resolved.
