It unfortunately appears that the game does not support a 16x10 aspect ratio.
@EA_Leeuw So any news exept "Game does not support 16:10"? The lack of communication or care about 70Eur product is pretty annoying and disappointing as the last official response is from almost 3 weeks ago. This is the only game i own that has this issue and 16:10 is pretty common aspect ratio. Also the "Game does not support 16:10" is incorrect as the game offers multiple 16:10 resolutions in settings, and the "Esc" menu works fine, with black bars on top and bottom. The issue is all "in world" menus, meditation, map, workbenches ... as proofed by multiple screenshots in this bug report.
I really hope this will be soved as fast as possible, prefferably by fixing it.

Yes, just bought an upgraded laptop specifically to run this game ROG Strix G16 ( i9 & RTX4070 ). Having this issue was definitely a disappointment as the fix for fullscreen is to run the game in a distorted view. Sigh.
