Hey Leeuw, I'm glad that someone from the team has officially acknowledged what your users have already determined here; but that's not actually a solution and shouldn't be marked as such.
At the bare minimum, the game's system requirements need to be updated to reflect that the game doesn't run on all resolutions; you should probably also remove the 1920x1200 and other 16:10 resolutions from the graphics menu, since they're "not supported" - so odd they were made available in the first place.
If this isn't going to be fixed then I'd expect there needs to be an acknowledgement of error and refunds issued, since this isn't an issue with users' systems but with the game. Realistically, this should probably just be fixed. Respondents here have already suggested some "fixes" that would work - the obvious ones being fixing the scaling - but changes to use a letterboxed render would at least make the game playable.
At any rate, thanks for the official response. Please "undo" the accepted solution, as it isn't in any way a solution and you can be sure it's not accepted as such.
Community ManagerAppreciate the feedback here. However, the answer is marked as a solution because it is the answer to the topic. There is no valid reason at the moment to unselect this as a solution, as it is the only one that is available. The game does not support a 16:10 aspect ratio.
