It unfortunately appears that the game does not support a 16x10 aspect ratio.
Well indie devs would probably fixed it, as they need correctly working game to survive.

Another month of ignoring us.
Another month of EA wiping their butt with our 70€.
This bug is still not solved, and your solution is still unacceptable.
Im not buying new monitor because devs are incompetent.
When will this be fixed?

At the bare minimum, the game's system requirements need to be updated to reflect that the game doesn't run on all resolutions; you should probably also remove the 1920x1200 and other 16:10 resolutions from the graphics menu, since they're "not supported" - so odd they were made available in the first place.
If this isn't going to be fixed then I'd expect there needs to be an acknowledgement of error and refunds issued, since this isn't an issue with users' systems but with the game. Respondents here have already suggested some "fixes" that would work - the obvious ones being fixing the scaling - but changes to use a letterboxed render would at least make the game playable.
At any rate, thanks for the official response. Please "undo" the accepted solution, as it isn't in any way a solution and you can be sure it's not accepted as such.
If the game doesn´t support 16:10 then why it wasn´t disclosed in HW requirements?
Why only this game from my game library (200+ titles) have this issue?
Why the game allows us to choose 16:10 resolutions, but then you tell us that the game doesn´t support it?
Do you even uderstand that everyone that have this bug can´t see part of the content in the game? Do you understand why this should be fixed?
Does dev team even know about this bug?
We didn´t got any answers. Nothing. You just repeat same thing over and over again.
