I’m reaching out for help with my missing Preorder bonus code. I preordered from Target and have tried reaching out to them several times. They do not have any solutions for me and keep telling me to reach out to EA. I’m not sure what else to do at this point to get the code. I have reached out and opened a ticket with EA and no response has been provided as of yet. Please help. Thank you edited title for visibility. -puzzlezaddict

I have pre ordered the deluxe version of the game on April 17th from MediaMarkt in Germany. I have received my copy of the game without the pre order code. I have contacted MediaMarkt several times since release, every time they keep sending me a code for the deluxe edition. My deluxe edition code was included inside the games case. I have no email or receipt with the pre order code. I don’t know what else to do besides come here, as I can’t find the EA live chat.

Edit, I pre ordered it for the Xbox series x.

Thank you for your response.I reached out to Target Several times and they told me that there is nothing they can do in their system. They referred me back to EA. It doesn’t seem like either can provide me a code. Can you tell me who to reach out to or what to say? It’s taken hours to communicate with EA and Target at this point. I know it’s just in game content but it’s something I was looking forward to.

Posting conversation with Target in which they tell me they cannot get the code and refer me to call them. Then tell me even if I call I still won’t be able to get a code. I need EA to provide me with a code.

@EA_Barry Unfortunately it was not on the receipt either. I check and tried everything with the receipt. An email was never sent to me.

Even on the target app with the order receipt there is nothing that has a code that works. I’ve tried

Same thing with Walmart.com. They tell me EA is responsible and EA keeps telling me to join chat but there is only an email under my ticket option. I’m noticing no one on eBay is selling the North American pre order bonus just 100’s of europe only for ps5. It’s like they ran out of codes and just are ignoring it now

Hello together,
i preordered the Collectors Edition from Limited Run Games - so i play CD on PS5.
As german player the north american codes from LRG didnt work for me.
So i received a pre-order code from my friend for the PS5. I redeem it and it shows me the add-on, which i downloaded. I bought the Deluxe-Upgrade on the PS Shop for 20 € and downloaded it.
2 Days later, finally, the CE appeared. I put the CD in the PS5 and played the game, the preorder and deluxe stuff didnt appear anywhere?
I also reinstalled the game and check the lincenses over the PS5 settings.
Somebidy got an idea? Please help me.
