My content is missing

Hey so I bought Star Wars Jedi: Survivor deluxe edition a while ago, played it out and then didn’t play for for a while but now when I was trying to replay it none of my deluxe edition content was in the game like it had been the previous play through, I believe that the reason for it is is that I bought it all on steam and my sister had linked her ea account to it, when I a few weeks after I played it through linked my steam account to my own ea account I think that’s when it vanished, I just don’t know how I’m supposed to get it back but it feels like I should be able to since I’m Still using the same steam account that I bought it on.
