Nekko mount despawning at Nekko Falls

Summarize your bug I had just unlocked the Nekko mount in Nekko falls but accident double jumped off of the Nekko. Doing so caused me to fall down the slippery slope but I could not see my Nekko to call it back to me. The Nekko did not respawn and I have been stuck at the Nekko falls with no way out because of it. Fast travel is also not available at the locations mediation spot.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By going to the Nekko falls and not having a Nekko respawn at the taming location.
What happens when the bug occurs? You get stuck at the Nekko falls with no way to escape or fast travel away.
What do you expect to see? To have the Nekko respawn at the taming location so that you can leave the area.
