Not able to enter phon'qi caverns after dying to bosses

I also have this problem, PC. I've tried saving and resetting, traveling to and from a different planet, and dying. Nothing works. Kind of post-game ruining for me and probably most people as the map upgrade inside the cave is pretty critical to collecting all chests.
