Not Downloading
This is the only game in my EA app library that does not want to download. The game was not purchased through steam, or epic. Was bought on the EA app specifically because I wanted to avoid the crossover download issues I have experienced before. It just keeps saying preparing download before an error pops stating there was an error with the download. Whereas other downloads immediately give a breakdown of whats being downloaded(ie. Size, ETA, Download bar, Download speed etc) and starts. It does not even give an error code to follow up on. Any adivce or reasons why this could happen or even ways to fix it??

When you have a moment can we try the following?
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
