I have a similar problem, BD1 won’t scan. I’m on Summit Ridge, and BD1 wants to scan one of the floating grapple points, which will clearly give me the ability to grapple to them, but the scan prompt is missing. I have fast travelled away and back, restarted both the game and my console several times and tried another controller, nothing works. This has happened once before, but as it was just an ordinary object, I just moved on. If I can’t make this scan, large areas of the map, will be inaccessible to me.Please fix it.

I’m having the exact same issue as @Angedelabime69 Have restarted console, restarted game, went back and tried saving at a different meditation point and nothing is causing it to trigger.

I have now found out that BD1 not being able to scan the balloon grappling ability on Summit Ridge is game breaking. I went on the next mission, on the Shattered Moon, and need the balloon grappling ability to complete it. So I cannot progress any further in the game! Please fix it!

Same issue here, next to gondola elevator on summit ridge. Single balloon to learn the ability, and BD is going crazy beeping looking up at the balloon but no prompt and cannot open his skills with down button. Already restarted once from a cut scene error. The swamp pillar puzzle was buggy as hell. Not restarting again, please fix this game ending bug.

@vigalzanteri I have the same problem I can access both stances but not my bd-1 visor. I’m on a mission on a imperial base on koboh

@vigalzanteri I think something similar happened again, where an enemy fell/clipped through the ground and is keeping combat going. Not as big as Angedelabime's problem though

Pillar puzzle was buggy for me as well! Took me over an hour to get it down.

BD-1 visor stopped opening for me part-way through the Spray unlock segment amidst the Koboh geysers/updrafts. Softlocked progress.

Edit: Crosslinking Koboh Matter Sprayer Crash issue in case it's related to this one.
