Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? There is a scavenger droid above a one way door while reaching the observatory to confront Dagan.
What happens when the bug occurs? When killed, the droid will not drop the data disc collectible. When going back to the area later, the scavenger droid will not respawn either. Data Disc is unobtainable. The map still shows a collectible to be found.
What do you expect to see? A way to get this collectible.
