Opened chest, but hunter shirt materials (colours) missing from inventory

I actually have a solution for this. I had the exact same issue but I decided to check where the actual shirt itself is found, and lo and behold I found an unopened chest. The shirt materials were where the shirt would usually be. Check ALL other hunter outfit locations. Should be there.
