Out of video memory trying to allocate a rendering ressource CRASH-4090-24GVRAM

I can play Jedi Survivor for at most an hour before this out of Vram error message. Vram never plateaus, it just steadily goes up till it hits my cards max
TO play for this long I have to set all graphic options to low or Off. Also have to reduce resolution to below 1080p.
only other program I have running is the AMd monitoring program on my second screen watching this happen.

I have verified game files, reinstalled game, reinstalled latest video drivers, reinstalled latest redistutables.

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600X 6 core
GPU Radeon RX 6700 XT
RAM: 16G
