How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure what caused this; the game was working fine for most of the day, but did not keep my save at the end of my session.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am given an error about save sync, and an option to pick either local or cloud saves. Neither of them correspond to the last time I played the game, so regardless of what I pick, my progress is lost.
What do you expect to see? Save file data from around 2pm EST, 4/30/23.
Hello,
I was able to play Jedi Survivor yesterday (4/30/23), and ended the session (about 2pm EST) by sitting at a meditation point to save. This morning, I got an error saying that there was a save sync error, but both options (local/cloud) were from much earlier in the day, so regardless of what I picked I lost progress.
The game was saving fine earlier in the day, so I do not know what was different this morning.
Is there any way to recover my progress?
