Partial Crash Near Silo on Koboh

The game has fortunately been stable except in the area of Koboh near the silo, where a rumor suggests you go. When I get close or in the silo, the screen will stop on 1 frame, but the audio will keep running. I have no control or input options. If I alt tab out, it takes a second, the moves to display a frame from earlier in my play session. The next attempt to alt tab will work and I can close the game through Steam.

EDIT: The reason I say partial crash is I've had a few other times where the game will completely die, close itself, and bring up the bug report menu

GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

16 GB Ram

1 TB NVME SSD

I don't think this is a linux issue since I've had no other issues after ~20 hours in game but I'm using these
