PC restarts when game starts.

I know this has been posted before, but I promise, I have read every post on this issue and no solution!

I have played 16 hours of Jedi Survivor. I tried picking it back up a few days ago. The game forces a PC restart while trying to start the game. I own it through steam. I have been all through these forums, steams forums and reddit. This is the only game that had this issue. I will list all my support steps so far. I am truly desperate.  I am a PC veteran going back to the late 80s and this is the first time I have not been able to correct an issue with a game. Sometimes it happens when optimizing game files, sometimes it happens after. But always  before I have access to the settings or main menu. So sometimes the CPU is at 100 percent, sometimes 14 percent. I get no blue screen, no crash report and windows boots back up just fine with no crash report or windows recovery screen. There is no evidence of an actual crash, it's like it just force restarts the PC.

Things I've tried-

Completed file verification, many times,

Monitored all hardware for overheating and voltage drops,

Reset Shaders,

I have run stress tests on all hardware,

Reinstalled windows and formatted both hard drives,

Moved the game to the non boot drive,

All drivers for GPU and chipset updated and reinstalled.,

Updated Bios,

Disabled Ram Profile in bios,

Tried staying game from EA launcher instead of steam,

Things I haven't tried and reason-

I have not swapped my RAM sticks around as Jedi Survivor is the only game with this problem,

I have not done anything with the PSU as again, this Issue is solely with this game,

I have not set the process to high, since the game is never open long enough to complete this process.

Specs-

Asus ROG X670 Crosshair VIII

AMD Ryzen 5950X

Sapphire Radeon 7900XTX Nitro+

64 GB Corsair Dominator Ram

1TB Samsung EVO 980 NVME and 2 TB Sabrent Rocket NVME

No over clock or undervolt on GPU or CPU and I have run it with and without D.O.C.P. Profile. I have monitored heat on  all the chips, nothing overheats. CPU doesn't exceed 60 and GPU doesn't go above 55. I can run Cyberpunk 2077 on ultra with no problems.

Am I just never going to be able to play this game again? 16 hours and never had any issues. If anyone has any idea. Please let me know.

Thanks everyone.

Solved after weeks of looking for a solution. Not sure which corrected it. But if anyone has the same issue,

I ran Windows File Verifier. It did find corrupted files. (Not 100 percent this was the solution as the issue continued after a full windows reinstall. )

I also disabled the steam overlay. (If this was the solution, I am just dumbfounded that the steam overlay could cause the game to force restart the PC.

The windows event viewer showed that the system was starting up from a kernel crash. But no events existed under hardware or software actually showing any event that caused said crash.  So, who knows. Maybe this will help someone else.
