Phon'Qi Caverns Reports Incorrect Number of Treasures

Summarize your bug The map for Phon'Qi Caverns reports there are seven collectible treasures to be found. There are only six. If you collect all-six treasures, the map shows you collected seven. If you start a New Journey + based on a previous game where you collected all-six treasures in Phon'Qi Caverns, it is impossible to get 100% completion on that NJ+ save. The best you can get is 99% because Phon'Qi Caverns will always show you only collected six of the seven treasures, even though there really are only six treasures. Since you cannot re-collect any of those six treasures, you cannot get whichever one counted as two treasures in your first game, therefore the map will show you at only six of seven. You'll never be able to get 100% on your NJ+ save.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete a game with 100% completion - all areas explored and all collectibles collected. Start a New Journey + based off that save. Now, explore all areas to 100% and complete that game. With literally nothing else to complete or collect, that NJ+ save will only show 99% complete.
What happens when the bug occurs? New Journey + will be stuck at 99% complete with no way to get it to 100%.
What do you expect to see? Once you get all areas to 100% explored and complete the story in a New Journey + game after getting all areas 100% explored, collecting all collectibles, and completing the story in the initial game, both game saves should show 100% complete.

The root cause of the issue is the fact there are only six treasures in Phon'Qi Caverns and one of them seems to count twice when you collect it. Any subsequent, New Journey + games will always be missing a treasure for Phon'Qi Caverns because you cannot re-collect the six treasures again.

    @b2dc592c85999308 and @solamentediegod  Do you know what kind of treasure is missing?  I only have the one save, but I've finished the caverns with the map showing all 31 items collected, and the game says I've found all items in all eight categories.  So it would be helpful to know which one counted twice.

    On my first go-through, I didn't know I needed to keep track. I didn't want to do a whole new game, so I watched some YouTube videos that walked-through collecting the treasures. It appears to be the second datadisc counting twice.

    The first datadisc is in the alcove with the Rancor (4 DATADISC - 1/7 treasures). 

    The second is in the cavern with all the clay pots. If you take the left fork of the tunnel into this cavern and break the clay pot with a lid, you get a second datadisc (5 DATADISC - 3/7 treasures). So, this seems to be the one that counts twice.

    The next clay pot with a lid (6 DATADISC - 4/7), the next pot with a lid by the purple, electrified door (7 DATADISC - 5/7), and the last clay pot with a lid right outside the elevator (8 DATADISC - 6/7 treasures), all seem to count as one each. The final one, after falling through the floor where you need to get through the purple, electrified doors (9 DATADISC - 7/7 treasures), also just counts as one.

    Summarize your bug Upon playing in New Game +, and then eventually exploring 100% of Phon’Qi Caverns, the game map will still state there are 6/7 Treasures to be collected, even though all seven were.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Upon playing in New Game +, and then eventually exploring 100% of Phon’Qi Caverns, you can then go into the game map with BD-1 who’ll show there are 6/7 Treasures to still be collected, even after collected all treasures and other collectibles.
    What happens when the bug occurs? Simple game glitch — no serious effect from it but still.
    What do you expect to see? Players in NG+ to see that they truly had collected all 7/7 Treasures.
