PLEASE help me, crashes on loading screen

I downloaded Jedid Survior on the epic games launcher and the ea app, and whenever i try to start it up, I cant get passed the loading screen after the lucasfilms logo without it freezing and crashing. I've tried deleting it and reinstalling it, i tried repairing it, ive tried clearing my cache, i tried deleting the GamesUserSettings.ini file, i've tried making the epic launcher and ea app and the game run as administrators, is there anything else I can even do at this point? Please help me
