Points of no Return (Spoiler Warning)

I find myself dealing with being past a certain point in the game where I cannot fill character conversation info, and items that would have been obtainable in the holo battle game section are not av...

    I thought that may have been who you were referring to based on your initial comments, though I don't believe they're available as holotactics opponents.

    If they had appeared for you there, that may be a different issue as it doesn't seem to be intended. I don't suppose you happen to have a screenshot or video we could pass along?

    For what it's worth, in my own playthrough they didn't appear as options, and after some searching through various guides online, the same 8 opponents appear to be listed there as well.

    You should be able to finish up holotactics and get the related in-game rewards and trophy/achievement with the ones listed above, or if you'd prefer to avoid the guides, without the characters you had tagged.

    Conversations, on the other hand, could be affected by this and are certainly worth the callout, thanks for that feedback!

Which character(s) were you missing in holotactics?

Those shouldn't be impacted by the storyline to my knowledge, though if there are certain characters you're unsure about feel free to just name them in spoiler tags and we may be able to shed more light on anything that may be missing here.

    Thank you. I wasn’t sure how to insert spoiler tags. The ones missing from the holo tactics game are

    Cere and Bode
    They were in there before but I hadn’t been able to defeat them yet. Cere had an apparel item and I believe Bode had a pistol part. After Bodes betrayal (I didn’t check right after) both of them are gone as opponents.

    I also was unable to finish conversations with Cere or Cordova once they were killed off in the game. Not as big a deal but still missing some databank content.

        Thanks, yeah I’m fairly certain I saw them initially. I’m thinking of starting over for the conversation databanks, I’ll get a screen cap and add it once I get to that point.
