Problem launching

I just bought the game on Steam and installed it, now when I launch it it opens the EA app, close it and then pops up again and tells me something went wrong.

I have restarted my PC and still did not work so now im validating the game files and will update you if it fixed it.

please help me if you have any other ideas on what could possibly fix the problem
