Progressing issue. Jedi survivor

Spoilers ahead. 

I'm at the point where Rayvis is on shattered moon, and taunting you at the top of the tower. I got to the tower, but it seems I never got a upgraded grapple hook to hook onto the yellow balloon type things. I can't load to last save, and can't get back to the mantis to try to fix the problem. I'm screwed. Can anyone help? Please lol 75 bucks, and I don't wanna restart my whole journey.

    @javentshudy I have a similar problem, I started the mission to rescue Zee, got to a point and stopped playing. When I load in, I go through the small opening in the wall in the lucrehulk core, it's suppose to trigger a cutscene, which then takes you to the tower. The cutscene doesn't happen. You just end up in the lift shaft with no where to go....20 hours wasted, I'm asking for a refund
