I preordered Jedi Survivor on PS4. I didn't get preorder bonus. I have played through about half the game and I still haven't received the pre-order bonus.

Also haven’t got pre order items. Frustrating really because I checked everything and the problem is not on my side ☹️

    Haven’t received my pre order bonuses. I know this is more than common issue, already sent message to EA Help, started 3 cases and no one reached out (one time someone wrote to me but then I don’t have the option to reply🙂)). Also done all the stuff people stated in many topics on Reddit, this forum or YT comments. 
    Latest patch 1.02 should fix this for PS4 but if it helps then I won’t be writing this post.

    anyone got any ideas? Really wanted those bonuses from pre order ☹️
