Also haven’t got pre order items. Frustrating really because I checked everything and the problem is not on my side ☹️
Haven’t received my pre order bonuses. I know this is more than common issue, already sent message to EA Help, started 3 cases and no one reached out (one time someone wrote to me but then I don’t have the option to reply🙂)). Also done all the stuff people stated in many topics on Reddit, this forum or YT comments.
Latest patch 1.02 should fix this for PS4 but if it helps then I won’t be writing this post.

Saw that the game got patch 1.03 yesterday on ps4 and really hoped that this issue might finally be fixed for all the people having it, launched the game and nothing. Maybe that’s too much but I launch it everyday and hope that it may suddenly appear in game haha
