PS5 Jedi Survivor- Can’t redeem pre-order or deluxe?

Pre-ordered deluxe Jedi Survivor for PS5 from GAME. Came with the deluxe code inside and received email of pre-order code. Been unable to redeem wither code. Contacted Game and they sent me to Playstation who told me the codes were not activated. Went back to GAME and they told me to contact the developers. It has been over a week now and I just want access to the content I paid extra for. Is there anyway the codes can be activated?
