Re: Bounty menu undiscovered

Summarize your bug I fought the first story bounty hunter and got the first puck and the rumor to talk to Caij however, I cannot speak with her about bounties. My bounty menu never unlocked and I seem to be locked out of the entire quest line.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play like normal to the end of chapter 3 when bounties unlock. The menu will not be unlocked.
What happens when the bug occurs? Cannot find bounty hunters and Caij will not talk about bounties, only random dialogue. No way to progress the quest.
What do you expect to see? I expect to access the bounty menu and speak to Caij progressing the quest line.

I won't continue until there is a fix as I like to complete side content along with the main story.
