NEVER MIND.  PUTTING THIS IN CAPS SO USERS SEE IT. THE PUSH MECHANISM ISN’T IN THE DOOR YOU THINK, ITS IN THE WALLS LEADING TO THE DOOR. LIKE A PINBALL MECHANISM. I LOST TWO HOURS OF MY GAME BY RELOADING CLOUD SAVE TO FIGURE THIS OUT. 

It’s not an issue the guy just doesn’t know how to look for the glowing blue ball in the wall that you have to force push to open the door he might not know to look for things it is a game that he puzzles and this one wasn’t hard to figure out lol
