When you go into My Games and Apps and select Storage isn't there a Clear Cache option? Could this be causing it? I can't check at the moment as I'm in work.

@paulbrown940 To confirm are you trying to clear your persistent storage or alternate mac address?Hi @EA_Illium None of those, I was responding to the person struggling to get the game to run and was trying to remember if there was a cache on the console that might need clearing. I couldn’t remember whether it was in the system settings or the hard reset of the console.
