As title says, I make it to the Lucasfilms/Jedi Survivor logos and then the game crashes, I've reinstalled the game 3 times now, cleared the cache, rebuilt the database, you name it and still I can't even reach a menu before the game crashes. Has there been any information about this? I'm playing on the digital edition so I can't even get a refund until a fix is available.
I have had the exact issue but with Xbox series x. Did yours ever make it to the Jedi Temple screen?
Afraid not, and it hasn't resolved itself either. No word back from the support ticket I submitted either yet which is frustrating
Same exact issue here and the so called patch didn’t fix it
I SharePlay with my son he has had no issues like this either just the usual graphics issues but has not had the game crash on him yet
Patch didn’t fix anything for me. I went out and bought an Xbox series X, and haven’t had issues with the game on this console.

This issue is currently being investigated by the relevant teams.
In other games, we have seen recently that reducing the number of people in your friends list to below 100 can help.
Additionally, we have seen some success with players who delete their cloud save for the specific game. LINK
If possible, we would be very appreciative if you could post a video of this error occurring as that will help with our investigation.
The above steps/workarounds may not work for everyone but may help while we look into this.

My PS5 is up to date.
It will always crash. It’s been this way since the game released.I have not made it past the difficulty setting screen.
I have roughly 850GB available on my PS5. I wiped everything but Jedi Survivor on my console.

It started from the first time I opened the game. The Jedi Fallen Order summary started and got cut off in the beginning and since then the same error keeps happening, no matter what I do.

Issue: Game crashes after 5-20 min of gameplay since I received the game.

Similar past experience: Had a similar issue with Marvels Spiderman but that was resolved by placing the game in performance mode. Tried it with this one even turning of HDR and other settings still no fix and I don't see any difference in the amount of gameplay I get before crashing.

I'm pretty much done ,another patch that does fix ANYTHING. Tried it again today still crashes and freezes.
Please ask the developers why they think releasing broken software is ok.
Still having this same issue (from launch day) after update 1.000.005 on 5/18.
UPDATE ON 19/05: I have updated the game to its latest version 1.000.005 and the issue still persists. Nothing has changed. I sent both @EA_Illium @EA_Barry a video with the error as requested on Wednesday.

Hey, can you be more specific? Is your ps5 settings on resolution or performance mode or are you talking about jedi survivor settings?

Ohh so that’s the thing. You changed it in the game settings. I can’t even get to the menu because of the crashes.
